Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable container, ensuring all original designer tags and labels are included.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
